Facilities Are Hindering The Churches Mission

what we do

Open Doors leases excellent facilities to a synergistic missional community. We do that by locating, buying, renovating, and then professionally managing ALL aspects of the real estate for churches so that they can focus on their mission.

Each of our facilities are best-in-class, fit-for-purpose, and turn-key ready ranging from 14K-20K square feet. They are equipped with 2 sanctuaries offering assembly seating for ~100 and ~275, multiple childcare rooms, coworking, office space, a professional recording room and a craft coffee shop.  Each facility provides an attractive and affordable long-term home for a variety of church tenants to collaborate within when they need the space.

When they don’t need the entire space, it is shared with an anchor preschool tenant, a coffee shop and coworking space that the church and community can share. Each of these uses helps drive foot traffic for the other as well as subsidize the overall cost to rent.
